We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at makenzycreations@gmail.com. Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including custom or made-to-order items, digital products or PDF patterns, and items marked as final sale. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are considered part of the design and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged and are subject to product availability.

If an exchange is approved, instructions will be provided by email.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any loss in value due to use, damage, or improper handling may be deducted from the refund.
