Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the item, as many of our products are handmade or made to order.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Makenzy Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Makenzy Creations is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
